Q.            Do you accept orders from and deliver to the Channel Islands?

A.            Yes. At the moment we welcome orders from Jersey and Guernsey only. We hope to expand our service in the future.

               We recommend setting-up an account first, the delivery address will determine the correct treatment of VAT.

A.            We accept VISA and Mastercard as well as PayPal.

GENUINE PRODUCTS

Q.            Am I buying genuine products?

A.            Yes most definitely.  We only stock items that are bought directly from the manufacturers, authorised agents or reputable wholesalers.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Q.            What countries do you accept orders from?

A.            We currently accept international orders from: Belgium, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Netherlands and Spain.

               EUR will be converted to GBP by our payment service provider.

               We will accept orders from many more countries from 2016 onwards.

PRODUCTS 

Q:            The product I require is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

A:            We aim to keep all items in stock and ready for despatch to our customers.  During periods of high demand, our website may display items as out of stock. 

               Our aim is to replenish stock levels within 72 hours, so please revisit our website soon.

               Due to the way vinyl records are manufactured, items may remain out of stock for a number of weeks or months.

 

SECURITY

Q.            Is your website secure?

A.            Installed into the website are standard security measures to protect against misuse.

 

SHOPPING BASKET

Q.            Why did an item in my shopping basket suddenly appear out of stock?

A.            Our stock control is driven by actual orders that are placed.  If there are customers going through the checkout process ahead of you with the last remaining quantities of a particular item then our website will notify you in the shopping basket that an item is now out of stock.

 

VIEWING OUR WEBSITE

Q.            Can I view your website and order items using my mobile phone?

A.            Yes. Our website is designed to work with full functionality when using desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile phones.

 

WISHLIST

Q.            Can I create and share a wishlist?

A.            Yes. If you like a particular item but do not want to buy it at the moment then you may add the item to your wishlist.

               Wishlists can be shared with others, for example this may be helpful when giving or receiving gifts.
